We try to make ourselves get the greatest happiness and sense of acquisition from the academic, and find our significance and value as researchers. We try to answer some questions: can the human mind understand scientific research? Is it possible to understand the existing knowledge and laws?

Academic research is full of painful contradictions and disorder, and reality is also changeable. Can our limited mind find problems through phenomena all the time? Do you know exactly what will happen next? Maybe we can only see the fragments of phenomena and problems, just like the blind man feeling the elephant, we can never see the whole picture? Is it like playing with building blocks, trying to put together the pieces that are confusing and mismatched?

Behind these problems, hidden in all our thinking and behavior is: what is the significance of academic? Is the meaning artificial or natural? What is academic pursuit? Is it the ultimate question that everyone is pursuing? This question needs to be reconsidered and answered by each of us.

In the face of these problems, is it like an ostrich burying his head in the earth and turning a blind eye to hearing, or is it like Yugong moving mountains and knowing it can't be done? In the real academic research situation, our problems can be divided into two practical problems. From the positive aspect: how can we make academic research become a kind of "trend like a dream"? From a negative perspective: how can we prevent academic research from becoming a kind of "fear to avoid"?

Perhaps we can not get rid of the sense of unconsciousness in academic research, which leads to the emptiness and nihility in academic research. Maybe we don't think there is anything worth discussing. We think that there may be an inner emptiness in people engaged in academic research, which we can understand as an academic emptiness. Maybe it's nothing. It's just a normal phenomenon. The problem is that we don't deny its existence, but we can reduce its negative impact.

People engaged in academic research will meet academic philosophy by chance. Academic inquiry will make us think philosophically, even if we may not know it or unconsciously. Each of us may want to understand and experience the value and rationality of our own academic research, but this understanding and experience will vary from person to person. Our understanding and experience will be diverse and varied. They are not uniformly packaged, labeled and arranged in front of us.

To be sure, we have to seek the guidance of our predecessors who have explored before us, and we can listen to their answers. But in the final analysis, no one can give us ready-made insights. Insight must come from our own experience and test. Our pursuit of meaning don't bother with Don Quixote or windmill.

In the process of exploration, it will promote higher nature rather than lower nature, and lead us to gain insight and satisfaction. On the road of exploration, we may find our own answer at some point, at least from our own perspective, thus changing the quality of our academic career.

This requires us to revere and respect academics. In turn, academics will respect ourselves. Reverence and respect for learning is to regard learning as it is, which may be different from the answers we imagined, but we can open our hearts to accept and embrace it. Every time we look at our academic research with a thinking attitude, we will complete the academic self-renewal in our hearts.

Is all of the above thinking necessary? I think of Nietzsche's words: never forget. The higher we fly, the smaller our image in the eyes of those who can't.
