I have many courses this semester, including two undergraduate courses, one of which is a new course of the College of excellence. Busy preparing lessons, writing funds, checking and accepting projects, as well as the guidance tasks of postgraduate research and undergraduate graduation design.

Another class of students is about to leave the laboratory, so it is inevitable that they will not give up. I promised to write something for every graduate. I'm afraid I've been so busy that I'll forget about it. I'll take advantage of this long vacation to write quickly. If it comes to the graduation defense season, it will be a little late. If you are busy celebrating graduation, you may not have time to read my words and chatter.

There are several characteristics of this year's students, which can also be said to be particularly different from previous years.

One of the characteristics: a pair of twin brothers, both chose the idip Laboratory for postgraduate study. 120% of the handsome guys are two, tall (190 oh), in good shape, handsome, typical northeast man. Clearly can rely on the face of invincible, but the two brothers chose hard power. The two brothers not only study hard, but also work hard. In 2020, they were selected as the most diligent students in idip.

The second feature is that it is just in time for the adjustment of the school's disciplines, and the adjustment and reform of colleges and departments such as the establishment of first-class disciplines and the merger of colleges and universities. This year's students are enrolled in the original college, and then they enter the new college. Therefore, five of the 16 students will participate in the graduation defense organized by the original college because their tutors stay in the original college. But in my case, there is no difference. They are members of the idip laboratory.

The third feature: in the second stage of postgraduate research, which is the most critical stage, we encountered the most severe epidemic, and also experienced the longest period of home study and scientific research in history. After returning to school, he devoted himself to the job market. After the implementation of all the work, we immediately put into the stage of writing papers and testing.

Although affected by the epidemic situation, the time and achievements of our participation in scientific research are not as good as the last one. However, judging from the employment list, the jobs they are looking for are unexpectedly good, not inferior to those of the previous senior brothers and sisters. Three from Huawei, three from ZTE, two from Jingdong, and six from oppo, jumbo engine, Dahua, huiding and Hikvision. In addition, the Organization Department of Chongqing municipal Party committee selected one student and one nuclear industry design and Research Institute.

This class of students, special unity. During the job hunting period, we brush questions together, conquer HR examiners together, and share interview skills together.

Finally, please allow me to say something that you don't like to hear.

Individual students, more concerned about the immediate gains and losses, do something for fear of loss. This kind of idea is not good. In the future, I want to eat the loss of the laboratory, and I have no chance.

There are also some students who are excellent at undergraduate stage, have made great achievements and won a lot of honors. Entering the graduate stage, I have a lot of personal ideas and a lot of small actions behind my tutor, but my performance is mediocre. What is the reason? It's worth thinking about.

In addition, some students do not like to take the initiative to find a tutor to chat, exchange, etc. I remember that some students didn't take the initiative to look for me except for a few signatures on the graduation materials. The quality of the paper is not high. I have always stressed that during the postgraduate period, there are many students in the tutor, and you are just one tutor. Only by actively communicating can you get more help and guidance.
