We should let them know that some journals have high level and great influence, although the influence factors are not high. Although some journals have high influence factors, the papers are uneven and hydrology is very large. There is no difference between the two journals.

3) To cultivate doctoral students, they should be proud of publishing high-level academic papers. Now the Ministry of education and the Ministry of science and technology have introduced new policies, mainly for teachers and researchers, not for doctoral students and master's students.
